These general terms and conditions appply to all agreements that Quality Observation concludes with regard to the performance of services and the performance of works for its clients. These general terms of conditions also apply to all stages that have been peromed by Quality Observation at the closing thereof. With the conclusion of an agreement, as rerred to here. Quality Observation undertakes to perform its services and activities, as laid down in the order confirmation, to the best of its knowledge and ability, with due observande of the government inposed requirements for private security organizations. Quality Observations is not liable for damages if the cliënt has provided insufficiënt or incorrect information on the basis of which the services or work performed. Quality Observation is never liable for damage that could not be avoided with the applied method of working. If no written objections have been made by or on behalf of the client to this method of working or if urgent need for this method is demanded by or on behalf of the client or due to circumstances from working. Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to price changes. Quality Observation is entitled to submit its invoice to the client at the beginning of the period for which payment must be made. Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within a period of 30 days without any set-off or discount. In the event that the client does not fulfill one or more obligations on time, the client will owe Quality Observation an amount of € 25,-- from the due date onwards forainterest and administration. Subsequently court and bailiff fees will be added to it. Quality Observation only uses your personal data for the purpose for which you provided them. Data will not be used to send you other information. Personal data will not be kept langer than necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected. For all processing of personal data, all those data are used that are necessary for the purpose.Quality Observation is not liable for damage if the client has insured himself or could reasonably have insured himself. The client indemnifies Quality Observation against claims from insurers in this regard. Quality Observation is not liable for consequential damage or loss of profits. The liability of Quality Observation professional liability is limited to an amount of € 250,000 per event. The corporate liability is limited to an amount of € 2,500,000.00 per event.
